Have you wondered: Does God really love me? Where is the proof? Is my worship to the Lord acceptable? Do I really love God? Am I faithful in my relationships and in my marriage? Do I really have genuine faith in Him? Is my financial giving to the Lord pleasing to Him? Is it enough? Is serving God really worth it? Our study of Malachi will answer these questions!
HEBREWS 13:17 ACCOUNT… These messages are meant to draw us to Him…
LIFE IS UNFAIR…. Children are first to tell us this.
POINT 1- True and spiritual worship means trusting in God’s CHARACTER 2:17-3:4
A. The Israelites’ discouragement (whining) brought about BLASPHEMY
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil.” Isaiah 5:20
They exaggerated by using ALL. Were they Atheists too?
B. When the Lord arrives, He demonstrates His RIGHTEOUSNESS
“When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers' money and overturned the tables.” John 2:15
C. The Lord’s judgment of His people is for their BENEFIT
"But He [chastens us] for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness.” Heb 12:10
God’s judgment of us is because He loves us as His children!
How many of you want Jesus to come back today? Are you sure? Ready?
“For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God.” 1 Pet 4:17
(Also, see Matt 12:36; 2 Cor 5:10; Rom 14:10; Rev 2:18)
WHAT ARE 2 THINGS YOU CAN START TO CHANGE TODAY?
POINT 2- True and spiritual worship means trusting in God’s TIMING V. 3:5
A. God answers them by bringing judgment that is SWIFT
“Knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days… saying, "Where is the promise of His coming?… The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”
2 Peter 3:3-9
“That you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Hebrews 6:12
Attributes of Power- Creation; Mercy- Forgiving; Justice- Judgment of Sinners;
What is the single act of God where all His attributes are clearly seen?

When life is “unfair” think about the unfairness of Jesus on the cross for your sin.
