The Bible doesn’t speak on REFORMING human systems which ultimately are not the problem anyway. The heart of man is the problem (Jer. 17:9).
POINT 1- God desires employees to submit, showing PROPRIETY Vv.5-8
A. Godly submission will bring about the proper BEHAVIOR “OBEY”
B. Godly submission will bring about the proper PERSPECTIVE “according”
C. Godly submission will bring about the proper ATTITUDE “FEAR AND”
D. Godly submission will bring about the proper COMMITMENT “sincerity”
E. Godly submission will bring about the proper MOTIVES “as to Christ”
F. Godly submission will bring about the proper WORK-ETHIC Eye service
2 choices- QUIT OR SUBMIT Its HARD but we ARE SAVED!
Christian employees should be the best employees because they are working for the Lord and their love for Him should show!

B. They should not lord their authority (Matt 20:25-28)
C. Humility should be observed because of Jesus’ Lordship and impartiality when it comes to believers. We are all equal.
